Our personal health coaching program spans 6 months, giving clients ample time to develop new habits and achieve sustainable results. During the program, clients will receive 12 bi-weekly 60-minute calls to help them stay on track and accountable.

Schedule a 60-minute Integrative Health Consultation. This is where together, we will review your health history form which covers your medical history, health and wellness objectives, and any challenges you may face. This consultation serves as an opportunity for both the client and coach to evaluate whether they are compatible and can work together effectively.
